CIVIL & INTERIOR WORKS
Fit-out & civil works in Abu Dhabi & the UAE
GSTS provides all types of fit-out work in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE, connecting interior finishes with coordinated building services. Our scope also includes the civil support and facility enhancements needed around the finished space.

Interior fit-out scope
A fit-out brings partitions, ceilings, floor finishes, joinery and services into a coordinated layout. The works should consider the intended use of the space and the access required for the building systems behind the finishes.
- Partitions, wall linings and ceiling works
- Flooring, tiling, joinery and interior finishes
- MEP coordination and facility enhancements
- Trenching, openings, civil support and maintenance
Coordination above and behind the finishes
Lighting, air distribution, plumbing and life-safety services may all interact with the interior layout. GSTS combines fit-out and MEP experience so these interfaces can be reviewed together. For refurbishment works, the agreed scope identifies what is removed, retained, modified and reinstated.
Share your fit-out brief
Send the layout, finish schedule, drawings or BOQ, along with photos of the existing space where available. Let the team know the site location, intended use, access arrangements and programme. A clear brief helps separate the interior works from related mechanical, electrical and plumbing requirements.
